We are pleased to inform you that the dates for this year’s re-orientation programs have been confirmed. FYI, this year’s re-orientation will be divided into two (2) segments.
Firstly, the identified scholars will need to attend a program entitled The Performing Eagle (TPE) organized by PERMATA. There will be two similar sessions for Australian/New Zealand scholars. The grouping for the two program have been determined and the dates are as follows:-
TPE 1st Session: 8-12th December 2007
TPE 2nd Session: 27-31st December 2007
Secondly, all identified scholars are required to attend the Out Bound School (OBS) program from 21st – 28th January 2008.
Details of these 2 programs will be made available in our website and updates will be published from time to time. Please be sure to check any updates/changes with regards to the programs at www.petsa.com.au. Attendance to these programs is MANDATORY. Any scholars who failed to attend any of the programs will have their monthly allowance suspended. For those who have made flight bookings on their own can submit their claims now. All claims MUST be accompanied by original receipts and other supporting documentations to avoid delay in processing.
For scholars who have not yet made their flight bookings, they can do so as early as possible by contacting Mr Sugor Kadir at Netfare Travel Pty Ltd through his email address namely sugor@netfare.com.au or call them at (02) 9662 5000. Please allow adequate time to ensure that the Semester 2, 2007 results are finalized before you go back for the summer. Those who think that they would need to sit for supplementary examinations/papers should also plan for this occurrence.
