SI Interview 2009

To All Graduating Scholars,

Please be informed that the SI which has been scheduled to be held in Sydney in August 2009 is now being cancelled. Management has taken into consideration feedbacks from scholars for classes/lectures/labs not to be interrupted while attending SI. We received the confirmation from Recruitment Dept. in KLCC yesterday evening.

All graduating scholars this year 2009 (July & Dec) will be interviewed once you are back in Malaysia. To ensure all necessary steps are taken to avoid longer waiting time, you are required to submit the following (please see table below). We at Sydney Office will update them on your expected arrival date in Malaysia.

Interview Application for Non PETRONAS Scholars

Application is open to all potential non PETRONAS scholars who wish to attend upcoming PETRONAS interview in Mid July 2009 in Sydney.

Updates on SI Interview 2009

Due to postponement of SI to August 2009, for those scholars who are graduating/completing studies by July 2009, please note the following:

i) Your last monthly allowance will be for July 2009.
ii) You should be writing/emailing to Sydney Office informing/booking your final ticket home (please see website for details)
iii) You should leave Australia or New Zealand before your visa expiry date.
iv) You will be attending SI in KL. Recruitment Dept. should be in contact with you once you report to ESU.

Interview tips for final years: direct from the interviewer!

Good day Everyone!

I hope the subject is interesting enough to catch your attention! ;)

Upon negotiation with our beloved President, Encik Ezidy has agreed to spare us some time for coffee tomorrow night, March 18th and give us direct tips on interviewer's expectations during the interview session. I know as a graduating student, I'm dying to find out, so people, come join us tomorrow night!

I understand that it is a weekday, but Encik Ezidy has got his schedule full almost the whole day tomorrow. We wouldn't know when is the next time he is to come to Melbourne and thought we should just grab the chance while he's here, so we agreed to meet up at 10pm tomorrow. The plan is to have an informal get together (probably over coffee at Lygon Street).

Due to short notice, I will need immediate RSVP through SMS to my handphone at 04-22684524 (Three Network rocks). I will update the place to gather through SMS to those who have made RSVPs only.
