Coming Monash BBQ and Games event!!

Dear all,

Hope that you guys are enjoying your first few weeks of the semester at Uni. We at Monash Uni are organizing a BBQ and Games here at Clayton. The details of the event are as follows :
Date : 15 August 2009 Time : 9.00 am - 3.00 pm Venue : Rusden House , Clayton Theme : Black or White


We really hope that you guys in the city would take this opportunity to visit us here at Clayton. Since this event will start early in the morning, we suggest for you guys to stay overnight here at Rusden House on the 14th; we are more than welcoming you guys to do so.

You guys are very encouraged to attend this event. ^^


Direction from City to Clayton :

1 . From Melbourne Central , take the train to PAKENHAM / CRANBOURNE
2. Stop at Huntingdale Station , take the 900 -Rowville bus
3. Stop at Monash University Bus Loop, and take the 703- Blackburn Road bus
4. Stop at Rusden House ( stop number 6 after the loop)

Since Clayton is considered as zone 2, we would suggest that you guys use weekend saver ticket on that day.
