PETRONAS Victoria Club, also known as PETROVIC is a non-profit organization facilitating communication between the PETRONAS Student Advisor for Australia and New Zealand (PETSA) and current PETRONAS sponsored students residing and studying in Victoria, Australia, serving the interest and welfare of its members.

As one of Malaysian Student Organisations in Australia, PETROVIC is not to be a politically alligned for any other interest groups, and stands as a multiracial and multicultural organisation.

Any PETRONAS sponsored students studying in any university in Victoria, Australia automatically becomes a member of PETROVIC unless one dies, ceases to be a PETRONAS sponsored student or ceases to be a student of any university in Australia.
